To everyone complaining without buying it’s not actually that bad, it’s easy to develop upon and not a waste of money at all, I’ll create a demo if anyone is interested.
Was going to purchase, but no demo, so sadly I won’t.
Is there a chance where google can index the tickets that we create ?? I want the tickets to be indexed by google… I am looking for a plugin where in only registered user can create a new ticket, while non registered user should have view access to the ticket and to reply/comment he must register. Let me know on this..
