We don’t have documentation to add other things to the form, but doing a search for date pickers should bring up plenty of options, all of which have instructions on how to implement them.

Hi, I had a similar issue to someone else, where everything works correctly, however it is sending for a about 30-45 seconds, before confirming. I am using an external host (hostpapa). Just wondering if there is anything specific that might be causing the delay.css,

Sounds like its more to do with your hosting/server than the script. Probably best to get them to check why there is a delay.fields,

I have 2 problems / 1st is a bug;

1. The form submissions come into the subject of the email (not the body).

Body content:From: useremail@yahoo.co.ukReply-To: useremail@yahoo.co.ukMIME-Version: 1.0Content-type: text/plain; charset=utf-8Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

2. I’m trying to add a checkbox input field to the form, and regardless of the state of the button (checked or unchecked) it sends as ‘checked’.

I am using your Ajax Contact Form on an htm-website, which is hosted in a subdomain.

The contact.php is placed in the root folder. I changed the recipient-address as described in the readme. When I am trying to send an email through the form, I am getting the message that everything was sent successfully.

However, I am not receiving the mails that were sent.

Any idea what the problem could be? Thanks for your support.

Did you check your Junk/Spam folders? If the script succeeds than chances are the problem is with your SMTP server. Might be something to get your host to check.

Hello, I sent you a e-mail trough your user contact fielt, but I have not heard from you.. just wonderin if you got it?

(problem is that if I copy paste this form to its own folder in the server it works and if I copy/paste it to my site it does not work. If I leave the .js file out it works (ofcource the javascript features does not work but I can get the messages trough) so it seems theres something wrong with the js- I sent you a ftp credentials also.http://www.nurfy.fi/yhteys.html

Generally if its working outside of your site it means something would be causing issues with it on the site. Also it looks like custom work has been done to add it into the sidebar.

Like I say if its working normally then implemented onto your site and it doesn’t, it’d suggest something on your site has broken it. We can’t go too much into searching round the site for whats stopped it from sending.

on_sent_ok: “location = ‘http://example.com/’;”

Yes it is possible.After line 87 in contact.php, instead of outputting a success message, you can do a PHP redirect. i.e.

header( 'Location: http://www.yoursite.com/' ) ;
