just bought it but installation should be explained in a much better way. This small read me file doesn’t do it.
Could you make a short video maybe for everyone instead of uploading it for every user?
I just purchased this and totally agree with ‘Seoed’. The readme is nearly impossible to understand, even for someone who has uploaded folders before and is familiar with making changes to the SQL Database.
A short tutorial video would be extremely helpful.

Interesting and nice from Kamal. Clearly put, I will never buy a product from him again.
Normally we start with a low price and the price goes up. This is the first time I have seen a price going from a high price to a low price within mns of me buying.
Highly unsatisfied customer. There was no warning either that the price will go down. Is this a sign of desperation Kamal? If you would do a special deal, I would basically inform everyone about the special deal.
You said in your sales page that I have 30 days for a refund. Please give me my full 19 USD as a refund as I am unsatisfied. Will you pay me back now or decide otherwise?

I am not running for 14 bucks. But I can understand just as what you are doing is not right. I am not running after clients as I am sure in my product in 5 hours the price will be 27 usd I will look at you and tell you send me my 6 bucks as I increased he price.
Btw. Hurry up still he price is five dollars just!

You said in your sales page that you will refund if not satisfied. I am not satisfied. So why not refund. If you are not running after 14USD, why are you having difficulties in refunding?
It is clear that you are not willing to refund and even if I am unsatified. I am unsatisfied about your product for two reasons;
1- Your readme file is not good. Please read it yourselves and you will find that a one line as a support in a notepad is not great. You can see that everyone who bought it struggled with it. Therefore this is not up to the standard and I am unsatisfied for this first reason.
2- You have a product, and like all standard marketers we should do a dimesale. Not try to sell at a high price and then just drop the price to try and attract purchasers. Even in a shop, people are informed in advance when the sales occur. This is simply not good marketing practices. If feel robbed. This is my point of view.
You are entitled for your point of view. As I said, I will not buy anymore products from you and will not advise my mailing list to do so. Even if there are things that are not written in black and white, there are some practices that are just not right. Put yourselve in my shoes, you may feel it. 14 or 19USD may not be much, but it is the way things are done.
I still wish you the best of luck with your WSO and please do a support us with the readme file.
