I know that is not as good as some other templates out there, but its definitely better than many other site templates available here.You are getting a 5 page website, with 4 color options to choose from along with the PSD files in just $10.There are site templates here at TF, which provide a single color option and that too with very basic design.

It is a nice simple template, just what i was looking for. It is hard to find simple now. Just what I needed. For the person who complained about the price, 12 is excellent for a coded template that I know works.
