Thank you for your purchase, the form “out of the box” is static so you would need to add a simple PHP form mail script. Take a look at this tutorial on W3C

For anyone that is seeing the “Malicious Site Warning” when viewing the Live Preview, I apologize my site got hacked however I’ve since remedied the situation, removed the code and put in a request for review with Google to remove the Warning.

Hi, I uploaded the zip file to the admin panel. I’m getting the error message “cannot install theme, style.css file missing.” Can you help? Thank you.
Thanks but I already tried that. There was a folder called site_root that had the css file. I zipped it and uploaded through the WordPress admin panel. Got the same error message. The css file was named “styles” so I tried changing it to “style,” rezipping and reuploading but that didn’t help either. I also uploaded the zip to my cpanel, it uploads, but doesn’t appear in the wp list of themes.
Sorry didn’t notice this was one of my HTML templates not a WordPress theme.
Oh! Are there some instructions on installing it? I wish this site made it clearer what is being sold. Now I see it says Site Templates in very small letters but still, the name of the site is Themeforest.
