Check the timthumb troubleshooting here. The script tries to create the cache folder, and this works in most hosting solutions, but in some the folder must be created manually (and made writable). i mean if usualy i type code like below (croped thumb is 200×100 crop)

Nice theme but to be honest I miss some social factors, like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ accounts etc. in the header, footer and inside the posts. Any thoughts on this one?

4 Days.. No response. Support very poor….
I only give support on the forum. I have written this everywhere (product page, documentation, theme settings, reply to posts here). There are 10833 posts on the forum. I have answered questions there for over 4 years. Gone out of my way to give the best support.
Is it possible to limit the number of blog posts shown o the front page? I’m sure it must be possible, but I cant find any way to do it. does anyone have a suggestion for this?

I’m actually working on two (2) projects simultanousely using this theme.


I’m having an issue with the menu on one project, see, http://www.virtualcheckbox.com/


You will notice the menu reads “Contact Us,” “Services.” and “Home.” However, it SHOULD read “Home,” “Services,” and “Contact Us”


I have the pages numbered, the menu is ordered as I said in the “Menu” section, it’s set as “Primary Menu.” I’m not sure what’s the problem.


I got it right on my other project here: http://www.laurelanndooley.com/ so tell me what I’m missing and/or doing wrong.

Never mind, I figured it out.


Looks like I had to update the “Navigation” tab under the “Theme Settings” portion of “Appearance”


Don’t recall doing that before, but whatever works.

Is there a way I can return the theme? Not sure it’s possible but just wanted to find out. I’m very new to this and theme looked awesome on the display, however once I purchased it, it turned out to be VERY simple and difficult to manage, as apperently it requires a lot of skill from me to edit every page. The tutorial videos that are provided by seller are for experienced web-builders i.e. you gotta know what you are doing. if you don’t (like me) then it’s almost impossible to follow, also his forum is for very tech savvy people as well, as I can’t get a clue how to find answers to my questions.I have purchased the course on how to built website and they feature a different theme, which I didn’t like as it’s not really what I need for my site, but I will go with it, because at least I can move forward without being stack with something so impossible to use.


Therefore if you are new to web-building please do not buy this theme, as it’s not what it looks like and not user firendly/intuitive to edit and customize.
I haven’t done anything to my site and the text in the Main Sidebar is now appearing at the bottom of the site: www.venusianfusion.com
